The owner has already paid local government taxes, 14,000 naira in yearly dues, 10,500 naira for a government bucket, and 15,500 naira for environmental taxes, among others.
Despite the state's desire for investment, small business owners are suffering due to the high taxes, with some considering closing their shops.
The post highlights the burden of excessive taxation and suggests that those collecting the taxes may not understand the difficulties faced by shop owners.
