Breaking: Lolo Uchechi Kanu Breaks Silence On IPOB Issues

Lolo Uchechi Okwu-Kanu, the wife of the detained IPOB leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has made it clear that her husband is still the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). She’s calling on supporters to set aside their differences and come together for a shared purpose.
After a recent conversation with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Sokoto, Lolo Uchechi Kanu emphasized that her husband will remain the recognized leader of IPOB until he is free again. She firmly stated that no individual or group can permanently take his place while he is alive and dedicated to the cause.
She also dismissed any notions that the Directorate of State (DOS) or any other organization could step in as a replacement for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, insisting that his leadership is still very much intact.
In her heartfelt message to supporters, Lolo Uchechi Kanu called for unity and healing among IPOB members and their sympathizers. She urged everyone to put aside their divisions, personal grievances, greed, and backbiting, which she believes have hindered the movement's progress.
She pointed out that supporters should keep their eyes on the bigger picture instead of getting caught up in internal disputes. Lolo Uchechi Kanu mentioned that many of the challenges the movement faces could have been avoided with greater unity, adding that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu might have been free by now if everyone had stayed focused and united.
She also shared that she has her own grievances and concerns but feels that now isn’t the time to dwell on them. Instead, she appealed to everyone to set aside their issues until Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is released.

Lolo Uchechi Kanu stressed that all outstanding matters can be addressed later, but for now, it’s crucial for supporters to work together and support efforts aimed at securing his freedom.
