The Indigenous People of Biafra, USA, under the able, resolute, focused, and responsible leadership of the Directorate of State, DOS, headed by Mazi Chikadibia Edoziem, hereby affirms the following:
1. *Loyalty to DOS Leadership*: IPOB USA remains intact and fully loyal to the DOS leadership structure headed by Mazi Chikadibia Edoziem.
2. *Commitment to Institutionalization*: IPOB USA is committed to the institutionalization of IPOB as the foundation for lasting progress.
3. *Rejection of False Claims*: IPOB USA does not operate on rumors circulating on social media about a so-called "4th DOS" by a suspended former leader. It is reckless and unacceptable for a non-member of IPOB to be appointed into, the leadership body of IPOB. This is the biggest joke of 2026.
4. *Advice to Members*: All IPOB USA members and Biafrans worldwide are advised to disregard these rumors and the individuals promoting them, for the following reasons:
- IPOB is not a family business.
- IPOB cannot be owned by one individual.
The hallmark of IPOB under the DOS, with Mazi Chikadibia Edoziem as Head of Directorate, remains peaceful self-determination.
We support the DOS and the process of institutionalizing IPOB because we believe it is the surest path to our freedom.
