Today, August 3, there was a heavy protest in Port Harcourt, River State as a lot of people including government workers , students and traders converged under Eliozu over head bridge to protest against hardship in Nigeria. This was a peaceful protest which the Nigerian police with their vans guided them to make sure that protest went peacefully.
Some of their demands which was written on the placards they are holding is that the Tinubu led administration should try their best to stop hardship in Nigeria and let the poor breath as well. Again that the administration should stop inflicting pains on them, urging the administration to make them happy for once.
Civil Rights Council (CRC) and Social Action group also supported the protest, they joined the protesters with their banner shouting that " Bad governanc" should end in Nigeria. .
After some hours at Eliozu over head bridge, the protesters headed to artillery with the Nigerian police guiding them.
