Is Social Media Helping Or Hurting Our Daily Lives?

Social media has become part of our everyday life. From morning scrolls on Facebook to late-night TikTok videos, many of us can’t imagine a day without it. But the big question is: is social media really helping us grow, or is it slowly affecting our lifestyle, focus, and relationships?

Some people say social media is a blessing because it connects us, gives us news fast, and helps us make money online. Others argue that it causes distraction, fake lifestyles, and even depression when people compare themselves to others.

For example, a student can use YouTube to learn something new, but the same student can waste hours watching funny skits instead of reading.

So, is social media our best friend, or our silent enemy?
